What a FLAGGED determination DOES is the setting you chose in your own settings and signed with your wallet: stop the transaction, or show you what was found and let you decide. Until you choose, it is stopped. The one refusal you cannot configure is the AIERC-XT browser extension at a malicious wallet connection. A check that could not run is reported as INCONCLUSIVE. That is not a pass, and it never rolls up to CLEAN. Every answer names its sources AND their limits — the stolen-goods scan, for example, states plainly that it is not a search of national police databases. ## The five determinations 1. Shill bidding and collusion — related-party bidding, bid rings, self-dealing. 2. Double pledge — the same asset pledged in more than one live listing. 3. Provenance and stolen goods — serial and VIN validation, registry lookup, chain of custody against known-scam addresses. 4. Mandate compliance — is the agent acting strictly inside what its principal authorised, including its live on-chain spending caps. 5.
